4 Days Until Race Day

Tuesday.  Race on Saturday.  This morning was a long stretch and short swim (15 minutes).  I made sure to drink lots of water today.  That’ll be a focus for the rest of the week.  I didn’t worry about eating the bagels in the break room either.  Just because.  I made sure get the laundry done and then went the grocery store for pasta and other carbs (bagels, pita chips and pita bread).  I also bought fruit, fish and veggies for dinner the next two nights to go along with the pasta.  Tonight was easy turkey pot pie.  Early to bed.
